On December 16th, 2024, the Embassy of Italy in New Delhi will celebrate the 60th anniversary of Italy’s Space Day with a discussion on “Living in Space: Exploring Innovative Solutions to Tackle New Challenges.”

The workshop will focus on sustainable innovation for human life in space, covering topics like cosmic radiation protection, contamination control, and low-gravity challenges. Experts will also discuss food sustainability, production, and preservation for long-term space missions.

The event will conclude with a unique culinary experience featuring recipes from the European Space Agency’s Mission Minerva, in collaboration with EAT Freedom.
