A conference-show by EAT freedom, the start-up that created the personalized recipes for the Minerva Mission of European Space Agency. The EAT freedom team will demonstrate the techniques for preparing “made in Italy” allowances for astronauts, with a final tasting of the same.

A new aspect, a new “Image of Science” proposed by the Italian Embassy, in collaboration with the Faculty of Physics of the Complutense University of Madrid, during the Madrid Science Week and as a prelude to the upcoming Week of Italian Cuisine in the World 2024 and Italy’s National Space Day 2024.
