On November 19th the Embassy of Italy in Belgrade in collaboration with the Biosense Institute will host the event “Space Food Experience” at the Biosense Conference Hall in Novi Sad. Over 60 selected guests will enjoy the journey through the evolution of space food with the company founder followed by practical demonstration by EAT freedom’s chef. The audience will learn that space nutrition goes beyond keeping astronauts fed: it also helps maintaining health and well-being, which is even more significant in microgravity and in the isolation of space. An exciting exploration of the realm of food and space, with a tasty end.

“But at the very instant when the mouthful of tea mixed with cake-crumbs touched my palate, I quivered, attentive to the extraordinary thing that was happening in me.
A delicious pleasure had invaded me,[…] filling me with a precious essence: or rather this essence was not in me, it was me. I had ceased now to feel mediocre, contingent, mortal.”
– Marcel Proust –
