On December 11th, 2024 the Embassy of Italy in Berlin will open the celebrations for the 60th anniversary of Italy’s Space Day with a conversation between experts on the topic “Frontiers of human nutrition in orbit: A journey to space and back”.
The panellists will include EAT freedom’s Founder, Dr. Sara Rocci Denis, representatives of Thales Alenia Space, and Col. Luca Parmitano, Lead Astronaut of the European Space Agency.
The event will culminate with a live demo and a reception featuring three of the recipes created by EAT freedom’s Chef Stefano Polato for the ESA Mission Minerva in 2022.
